Bill McLaren is the stable value business leader for the Retirement Plan Services business at Lincoln Financial. In this role, Bill is responsible for leading efforts to identify and further grow stable value opportunities for the business. He is also responsible for stable value product positioning, along with establishing business initiatives for investment-only and wrap opportunities in the market.
Bill joined Lincoln in 2012 with several years of financial services and insurance industry experience. Prior to joining the company, Bill held several related positions with Prudential Retirement, and was most recently vice president of sales with expertise and specialty knowledge in stable value, including guaranteed interest contracts (GICs), institutional book value wraps and investment-only businesses.
Bill holds FINRA series 7 and 63 registrations, is life insurance licensed in all 50 states, and holds both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Rider University. Bill is a voting member of the Stable Value Investment Association as well as an active member of LOMA’s Group Retirement and Institutional Products Committee.
